Refund & Return Policy — Manarve Store

We want you to have a smooth shopping experience with Manarve Store.

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered.

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong address, or refusal after shipment.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method or bank/UPI details shared by the customer.
